        thruplex® plasma-seq kit是适用于全球最大基因检测公司 illumina®的ngs高通量测序平台（二代基因测序平台）的试剂盒。
thruplex® plasma-seq kit简介：
 rubicon genomics thruplex® plasma-seq测序试剂盒是thruplex chemistry 开发，在用于血浆中游离dna (cell-free dna )的ngs文库构建及测序中表现出优越的性能；
 thruplex® plasma-seq kit最大的保证游离dna (cell-free dna )文库的多样性以及无gc偏差。构建的基因文库用于 cnv分析，整个基因组测序应用或者扩增 panels，或者目标靶点扩展平台，如 agilent  sureselect® and roche nimblegen seqcap® ez.。
  使用 rubicon genomics thruplex® plasma-seq试剂盒构建的文库具有高灵敏度，能够更好的研究血浆游离dna的遗传变异。血浆或者其它液体生物样本基因检测技术是医学界研究的热点，因为样本具有无创性，更方便更快捷。目前研究集中在游离肿瘤细胞dna(ctdna)和无创产前胎儿基因检查(nipt)。
